In List view there is a Space option on side bar where you can add your organization name after that you can create your folder inside space according to your work department you can name it and inside folder you can create different task. In list view you can also show your work status by adding start date, Due date to show your task due date and start date on list view or you can also show your work progress status in list view.
In Board view we can drag and drop our task from one column to another column according to their priority
In Calander view you can interact with different task with dates not only dates, but you can also show your assignee and other customization.
Gantt view show the graphic structure of all work in sequence way where all the detail included in microscopic way.
